-Porsha Robertson is CFPM at the facility, at time of inspection the kitchen employee stated she is out running an errand for the facility. Facility does all food shopping on Monday. -Nice job at putting the delivery of food away quickly to maintain proper cold-holding temperatures. -There is staining of hard water underneath the 3-compartment sink. |
